Italy SuperLega – Round 10

SATURNIA-MODENA, 17/12/23
A challenging match for the Sicilian hosts. Saturnia, currently at the bottom of the standings, welcomes Modena and Bruno's team. There couldn't be a worse time to face the yellow and blue team. Modena has significantly turned around its performance in recent games, showcasing a game finally matching the roster's potential and winning crucial matches, including the last one, a 3-1 victory against the top-ranked Trento. Modena is galvanized and filled with enthusiasm, while Saturnia is still at only 3 points with one foot in the relegation zone. For us, this will be a one-sided match, with Modena as the favorite.

TRENTO-PERUGIA, 17/12/23
A super big match between the two teams currently at the top of the standings, with Perugia leading the SuperLega and Trento just two steps behind. It will be a real game where analysis often makes room for the quality of the players on the field. Two great teams will do everything to secure a victory crucial for the championship. For us, it will undoubtedly be a match with a high score, but Trento is slightly favored. They will want to make up for the last defeat and can take advantage of the fatigue and drop in concentration of Giannelli and his teammates, just crowned world champions.

PIACENZA-LUBE, 17/12/23
A real, complicated, and high-level match between two teams set up to be in the top positions of the standings. They will battle it out in the Piacentino fortress for the crucial 3 points in the championship race. The two line-ups consist of highly skilled athletes accustomed to matches of this caliber and who know each other very well. According to our analysis, it will be a true chess match where the difference between victory and defeat will be determined by tactical moves and the management of the most important moments. The match is too balanced for us to provide an effective analysis.

MILANO-TARANTO, 17/12/23
For us, Milano is the favorite. The Lombards had a rough start to the season, with more than one misstep and a beginning not up to the team's potential. However, Milano, as expected, has picked up momentum, playing really well, and with their 14 points, they are in 6th place, just behind the top teams. For us, there's no contest; Milano is significantly superior to Taranto, which is currently still at 0 victories.

MONZA-PADOVA, 17/12/23
Monza is favored for victory. After a 3-1 away win against Cisterna, Monza secured its sixth victory and confirmed itself as the fourth force in the championship. Padova is chasing, trailing by -7 from their opponents and still having something to address in terms of the starting lineup. It won't be an easy match, but Monza has repeatedly shown how well they can defend, receive, and how the group's cohesion sometimes outweighs individual skills. We predict an intense match, where Monza is again favored, playing in front of their supporters.

VERONA-CISTERNA, 17/12/23
A crucial match for the lower part of the standings, with the hosts in the ninth position and Cisterna in the tenth position, with the home team leading by +2. A challenging game where character will make the difference. Tactically, the two teams are not so different—a mix of young and experienced players, both built to stay in the category. For us, Verona is slightly favored over Cisterna. A more solid roster and the home factor (which we know can be decisive in such important matches) make us hopeful for a Verona victory.
