Kavala – Apollon Paralimniou
Greece - Gamma Ethniki - Group 1, Round 4
Kavala has not only managed to win both of its recent league matches but has also scored a total of 10 goals. After a convincing 5-0 victory over Aris Peteinos, they repeated the feat by defeating Aetos Varvaras with the same score in a postponed match for the 2nd matchday. They displayed superiority in all aspects of the game, earning them another three points and placing them at the top of the leaderboard.
The first half ended with a 2-0 lead, with Geka playing a starring role by scoring both goals within an eight-minute span (27' and 35'). In the second half, Altitzis extended the lead, Yagtzidis added a fourth goal in the 80th minute, and Papadopoulos sealed the final result.
Meanwhile, Apollon Paralimniou, fatigued and exhausted from consecutive matches, finds it challenging to meet the high demands of the game. Kavala rightfully claims the victory.
