Zhejiang Analysis: Zhejiang seems to be gradually improving after a disastrous start to the season. They have managed to string together an unbeaten run of five matches in the league (3 wins, 2 draws), narrowing the gap to the top three teams to some extent. However, it is evident that they need more consistency. In their most recent match on June 9th, they settled for a 2-2 draw against Henan at home, paying the price for their lack of sustained performance. In the cup competition, they fielded a strong lineup and comfortably defeated B-division team Sichuan 4-1 away from home.

Regarding the upcoming match, Spanish coach Jordi stated, "Meizu may not be in their best form, but we anticipate a challenging game." Key defender Dong Yu will be unavailable due to suspension, while former national team goalkeeper Gu Chao remains sidelined due to his involvement in match-fixing.
